Q: Who joins our clubs?
A: Consumers who want quality, but demand value for money. Many have been members of other clubs and simply don’t want to be paying for other members use of the swimming pool, extensive studio timetable, fluffy towels and the many staff that never talk to them anyway!
Other members are simply new to fitness and are simply attracted by the low cost and superb facilites.
Q: Is this a low quality
club
A: In a word No, if you booked with a No Frills Airline you’d rightfully expect to fly in modern, clean and punctual aircraft.
Each Fit4less club offers the same state-of-the-art equipment and other amenities you would ordinarily find at larger, ‘full-service’ clubs but at a more affordable price.
Q. What is the administration
fee for?
A. The administration fee is a 'one off' initial charge to cover the cost of setting up your membership and payment plan.
Q. Are studio classes
included in my monthly fee?
A. Not all Fit4less clubs offer a studio programme, but where we do they are at a competitive additional charge. You only pay for what you use.
Q: How do I book my fitness
induction?
A: When you join online you will be offered three options, the choice not to have an induction, or to participate in a free group induction with up to 5 other members, or finally the option of upgrading to our famous 6 week émpower programme.
Q. What does
'no contract' mean?
A. You are not contractually tied to us for any specified period of time, you can cancel at any time.
Q. Can I come and have
a look at the club before joining?
A. You are welcome to pop down for a look around at any time during our opening hours and you don't need an appointment.
Q. If I sign up today,
when can I start training?
A. Confirmation of your membership will be sent to
your email address and the club simultaneously. You
are then a member and can use the club the same day.
Q. Will I be issued
with a membership card?
A. You will be issued with a membership card on your
first visit to the club. We will know you have joined
and will have a card ready for you.
Q. Will I be shown
how to use the equipment?
A. Yes, we offer a free group induction in which we will show you how to operate the equipment, should you require this.
Q. Are there changing
facilities at the club?
A. Please see each clubs individual facilities.
Q. Is personal
training available?
A. Yes, each club offers this service. Please visit your clubs website for further details.
Q. Is the website secure?
A. Yes, the signup section of the website is secure, and any details entered will be encrypted before being sent to the server.
Q. Are there any group
discounts available for Businesses or Students?
A. No, we believe in offering the lowest price to all our members.
Q. Can I bring guests
to the club?
A. Yes, you are welcome to bring guests to the club. They will pay the prevailing guest fee and gain full use of the club facilities for the day.
