GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

PERSONAL TRAINING

At Fit4Less Cork Street, you can benefit from our Personal Training service provided by highly experienced and very committed trainers. Our Personal Training service involves one-to-one sessions focused on creating individual programs allowing you to concentrate on specific exercise that will help you achieve perfect results that you desire.

The Personal Trainers at our Cork Street gym will initially conduct an assessment aimed at analyzing your fitness level and based on the assessment, they will put together an exercise regime which is specifically tailored for you. The exercise program will take into account your current fitness as well as nutrition aimed at ensuring that you achieve your desired goal. Ultimately, our Personal Trainers will guide you through a program which will help you improve your diet and lifestyle.
