Farnborough's free weights area boasts a variety of equipment. We have 2 Olympic Bars with a free standing squat rack and bench press, Smith press machine, dumbbells up to 40Kgs and a vareity of fixed barbells. We also have plenty of weight plates ranging from 1.25kgs up to 25kgs.
