I love the gym, it is a great gym for the price I pay. I only use the cardio equipment and resistance equipment and pay only £17.99per month. The team are really friendly and helpful as well : )

I've found Zumba to be fantastic for losing weight & having fun. It's helped me more than I thought possible. It's also great for fitness, weight loss, toning and so-forth, but I found, most importantly, for the mind. You guys help people more than you think! The team are fantastic and each session is just as fun as the last. I'm now addicted to Zumba!! Thanks Claire.
